We Feel Your Pain
You shouldn’t have to go through a complex and expensive restoration or renovation project without an experienced guide to save you stress, time and money. DSS Condo can be your team of hands-on construction professionals who together have built and managed hundreds of projects, solved thousands of construction-related problems, and saved Associations millions of dollars. We will leverage all our experience to help you succeed.
We FEEL YOUR PAIN
These Projects are Complicated
Tackling a major restoration or renovation project in an Association is an expensive, stressful and thankless undertaking. Board members are responsible for protecting the interests of the homeowners they represent, yet do not typically have the construction expertise or the time it takes to ensure the project gets done right. We understand the unique financial, political and operational challenges faced by Association Boards and unit owners, and we know what’s at stake. While investing in a Project Manager is the first step to ensuring your project’s successful outcome, it can be a tough pill for unit owners to swallow when faced with the expenses of a major project.
We know Associations
Unlike other firms, we only serve Condominium Associations and HOA’s, and our services are specifically tailored for Association projects. We have spent years refining our approach to Association projects and developing unique solutions to overcome the many challenges faced by Association Boards and homeowners. We have applied these strategies time after time, saving our clients millions and keeping their projects running smoothly and on-time.
We know the industry
Our Project Managers are specialists in the fields of construction management, general contracting, engineering, architecture, finance, law and business. We apply a collaborative approach to our projects to provide our clients with the benefit our wealth of experience, as well as multiple layers of checks and balances to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Why You Need a DSSC Project Manager
Most of our Association Board Members are accomplished professionals, and experts in their own fields. When it comes to construction, they often have a good handle on design, or legalities, or real estate, or finance. However, they are rarely fully prepared for the complexities and problems that come with every construction project, nor the amount of time they must invest to execute a project successfully.
Designs and specifications can be over- or under-engineered, cost estimates can be wildly wrong, vendors can be unreliable, permits can fall into a bureaucratic black hole, the list goes on and on.
It’s no wonder that most construction projects are either late, over budget, or both. And many end in litigation.
To beat the odds and successfully deliver your project on time and in budget, you need guidance from a dedicated team of experts who understand every aspect of the construction process and who are there to represent the Association’s interests every step of the way.
